- 8 (about 250 g each) big potatoes
- oil
- 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 1 bunch of smooth parsley
- 600 g of sour cream
- 3 tsp capers
- salt
- pepper
- 4 slices (à about 125 g) salmon filet (without skin)
- 1 tbsp oil

- Stir with 600 g of sour cream and 3 tsp capers. Season with salt and pepper.
- SALMON: Rinse salmon fillet (about 125 g, without skin), dab dry.
- Smear a grill pan thinly with 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Fry fish in each side for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Take out, pluck into pieces.
- Add the smoked sauce and salmon pieces to the cracked baked potatoes.
