ingredients
- 3 limes
- 6 tsp agave syrup
- 0.75 l mineral water
preparation
Divide the limes and squeeze them out. Add the agave syrup and then the mineral water. Stir everything well, season to taste and, if necessary, sweeten it a little.

Lemon with brown sugar

ingredients
- 2-3 organic lemons
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75 g of brown sugar
- 65 ml tap water
- 1 l tap water or mineral water
- ice cubes
preparation
The first thing to do is to grate the zest of the lemons. Then squeeze out the juice. Now put the lemon peel, the salt, the sugar and 65 ml of tap water in a saucepan. Bring the mass to the boil and simmer for about four minutes. The soda is almost ready! Fill up with tap water or mineral water. Tip: ice cubes make the soda even more refreshing!
Simple recipe for homemade ginger syrup

ingredients
- 30 g ginger
- 4 limes
- 80 g of sugar
- ½ bunch of peppermint
- 1 liter of water
- ice cubes
preparation
Peel the ginger, slice it and put it in a bowl. Then squeeze out the limes and mix the juice with the ginger. Add sugar, mint and boiled water. Leave covered for two hours.
Pour lemonade through a fine sieve and pour into a carafe. Chill until serving. Serve lemonade with ice cubes.
Lemon and rosemary

ingredients
- 450 g of sugar
- 800 ml of water
- 3 organic lemons, grated zest and juice
- 80 g sprigs of rosemary
preparation
Put the sugar and water in a deep saucepan and heat slowly. Wash the lemons, grate the peel and add together with the juice and the washed sprigs of rosemary and cover and simmer for an hour.
Homemade strawberry lemonade

ingredients
- 600 g strawberries
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 large limes
- 600 ml sparkling mineral water
- 12 tbsp rhubarb syrup or 2 packets of bourbon vanilla sugar
- 2 organic limes
- mint
- 5 strawberries
preparation
Fill the strawberries together with the powdered sugar in a tall container and puree the mixture. After squeezing the limes, add the juice and mineral water. Mix everything well and sweeten with rhubarb syrup or a packet of bourbon vanilla sugar.
Now rinse the organic limes hot and cut them into small slices. It is also important to wash and shred the strawberries. Add a few mint leaves to the soda.
Blueberry-lavender

ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp lavender flowers
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of sugar
- 200-250 g blueberries
- … and even more water (whirlpool if you like)
- ice cubes
preparation
After squeezing the lemons, remove the lavender flowers from the stems and measure 2 tablespoons. Put water and sugar in a small saucepan, add lavender and let the mass simmer or steep for ten minutes.
Now, thoroughly mash the blueberries, which you press through a sieve while collecting the liquid. Mix the liquid with the lemon juice. Sift sugar syrup and add gradually until the desired sweetness is achieved (try here again and again). Fill up with water and cool with ice cubes.
Classic: homemade lemon and raspberry

- 8 lemons
- 180 g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- tap water
- 100 ml of boiling hot water
- 220 g of sugar
preparation
First, squeeze the lemons. Wash the raspberries, which you then almost cover with tap water in a tall container. Now it’s time to puree the raspberries. Then add the lemon juice, hot water and sugar. Mix everything well and chill. Serve the lemonade with ice cubes and a few fresh peppermint leaves. If you want, you can still dilute the lemonade with water.
