Why should you exfoliate the skin?
The salt dissolves the dead skin cells, promotes blood circulation and stimulates the production of new cells. By gently removing the dandruff you prevent the pores from clogging. This has several positive effects. If you suffer from dry skin, for example, the skin fat, the sebum, gets better on the skin. In addition, pore-deep cleaning prevents the formation of inflammatory foci responsible for pimples and impurities. Also, the salt peeling can help against cellulite, because the massage with the small grains of salt skin is better blood circulation. The effect: softer, smoother skin. To make your own scrub you only need finely ground sea salt, oil and some soap.
