Adjust thread tension
First you have to adjust the thread tension. The value to be set depends on the nature of the selected substance. How to thread a sewing machine
Set stitch type
Then set the stitch type:
- sew and stitch together: lockstitch
- Neat: zigzag stitch
Set stitch length
You can also specify the stitch length:
- stitch and curl: large stitch length
- stitch and sew together: average stitch length

The needle can be moved manually with the handwheel.
presser foot
With a small lever, the presser foot can be moved downwards. Then you can start sewing. If you place it upwards, you can insert or remove the fabric.
